My mission as an experienced confidante is to help people facing life transitions with understanding and support, offering a non-judgemental, safe and healing place to be.
With over 28 years of experience as a counsellor including 5 as a hospital chaplain, I offer couples and family mediation, and grief education.
My areas of expertise are life transitions, relationships and grief. I can help you in the following ways:
individual and couples relationship sessions are available on Zoom.
one-to-one and family sessions are available face-to-face in a private consulting space., Bondi Junction, Sydney.
end-of-life and grief education for people with health-related diagnoses and their families and friends, online and in person.

About Me:
For the longest time, I too wondered about the secret to living a joyful life to the last moment.
My rich and varied life experience, through the good the bad and the ugly, allows me to be the perfect confidante.
My life transitions include:
divorce.
death of a child.
caring for dying parents.
being on life support.
being the principal carer for my sister with Down syndrome and advanced Alzheimer's disease.
With major life transitions as part of my lived experience and qualifications, I feel well-equipped to support you through your transitions.
